Eiernockerl – nicht fertig kaufen – selber machen:-)
für 4 bis 5 Personen:
500 g Mehl – glatt oder universal – griffig wird nix, 5 Eier, 2 TL Salz, ca. 200 ml Wasser – so viel zum Wareneinsatz
Tipp: Die Eier verquirreln – mischen sich so besser mit dem Mehl
also Mehl, verquirrelte Eier, Wasser und Salz in eine Schüssel geben und mit dem Kochlöffel “ordentlich” durchkneten – mind. 2 bis 3 Minuten – 10 Min. rasten lassen
Großen Topf mit Salzwasser aufstellen – wenn das Wasser kocht Nockerlreibe – “fleißige Liesl” – aufsetzen und Nockerl einfüllen –
zwischendurch umrühren
wenn der komplette Teig verarbeitet ist – umrühren
Tipp: Nockerlreibe sofort mit “kaltem” Wasser abwaschen – jetzt geht das Zeug noch halbwegs gut runter 🙂
ein mal aufkochen lassen, abseihen, Butter im Topf zergehen lassen, Nockerl dazu, 2 bis 3 Min. ziehen lassen – fertig
